When opening quickbooks 2010 you may get the following error.
{Error 3371, Status Code -11118]
This can quickly be resolved by doing a search of your PC for a file called
EntitlementDataStore.ecml
When you find this file just rename it to
OldEntitlementDataStore.ecml.
Close and re-start Quickbooks
It took me a while to find this answer and I post it here so it may help someone else one day.
